Day 1: Prayagraj Arrival
- On arrival, our pre-booked car will take you to your pre-booked hotel for check-in.
- Prayagraj holds historical and religious significance, situated at the Sangam (confluence) of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Sarasvati rivers.
- Take a holy dip in Sangam, visit Bada Hanuman Mandir, see the Akshayvat Tree, and explore Anand Bhawan, the birthplace of India’s first Prime Minister, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru.
- Overnight stay in Prayagraj.
Day 2: Prayagraj – Varanasi
- After a hearty breakfast, check out and depart for Varanasi.
- Check in at the hotel and later in the afternoon, proceed to Sarnath, where Gautam Buddha delivered his first sermon to five followers.
- Your Sarnath visit will include:
- Sarnath Museum: Showcasing our National Emblem excavated from Sarnath.
- Ancient ruins.
- Mahabodhi Society Temple.
- The evening is free for leisure.
- Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 3: Varanasi Local Sightseeing
- Early in the morning, embark on a temple darshan, visiting:
- Kashi Vishwanath Temple
- Annapurna Mandir
- Kala Bhairav Mandir
- Following this, explore:
- Sankat Mochan Mandir
- Durga Mandir
- Tulsi Manas Mandir
- Benaras Hindu University (BHU)
- In the evening, visit Dashashwamedh Ghat for Ganga Aarti.
- Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 4: Varanasi – Bodhgaya
- After breakfast, check out and depart for Bodhgaya.
- Upon arrival, visit Mahabodhi Temple.
- Overnight stay in Bodhgaya.
Day 5: Bodhgaya to Kolkata (Train Journey)
- Depart for Kolkata by train.
Day 6: Kolkata – Arrival & Sightseeing
- Upon arrival at Kolkata Airport, pick up and transfer to the hotel.
- Check in to the hotel and relax.
- After freshening up, visit:
- Kalika Mata Mandir
- Town Hall
- Princep Ghat
- Enjoy free time for shopping.
- Return to the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Kolkata.
Day 7: Kolkata to Gangasagar – Day Excursion
- After an early breakfast, start for a full-day excursion to Gangasagar.
- Gangasagar is an island at the confluence of the River Ganga and the Bay of Bengal, famous for the Kapil Muni Ashram, considered of great religious significance.
- Return to the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Kolkata.
(Please Note: AC vehicle provided for Kolkata to Ferry Ghat i.e., Lot No. 8 / Harwood Point (90 Km) and back to Kolkata. After reaching Lot No. 8, you have to take the ferry to cross the Muriganga River for Kachuberia. Then, take a private car to Sagar Island from Kachuberia. Ferry cost and local vehicle cost from Kachuberia to Sagar Island and back are not included.)
Day 8: Kolkata – Full Day Sightseeing & Departure
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for a full-day city tour visiting:
- Howrah Bridge
- Victoria Memorial (Closed on Mondays and national holidays)
- Belur Math
- Dakshineswar Mandir
- Enjoy free time for shopping.
- Drop at Kolkata Howrah Railway Station for your onward journey.
- Overnight stay in Kolkata.
Day 9: Departure for Hometown from Kolkata
- Departure from Kolkata with sweet memories of the trip.
